GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 8571

WHEREAS Wambugu Macharia alias Wambugu s/o Macharia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.9 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Thegenge/Unjiru/164, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 184 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration intestate to James Macharia Wambugu, as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) James Macharia Wambugu, (2) Ann Wanjiku Wambugu, (3) Zachary Irungu Wambugu (4) Wilson Kiama Wambugu and (5) Brian Wambugu Wanjohi, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents RL. 19 and RL. 7 in favour of the said James Macharia Wambugu, as an administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) James Macharia Wambugu, (2) Ann Wanjiku Wambugu, (3) Zachary Irungu Wambugu (4) Wilson Kiama Wambugu and (5) Brian Wambugu Wanjohi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wambugu Macharia alias Wambugu s/o Macharia (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
