REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Isiah M’Rugongo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nyaki/Giaki/1303, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession cause no. 93 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Genesio Mbaya M’Rugongo, and whereas the said court has executed Lan application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 and whereas the title deed in respect of Isiah M’Rugongo (deceased) the said piece of land registered in the name of is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in name of Genesio Mbaya M’Rugongo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Isiah M’Rugongo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
