THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Geoffrey Samau, of P.O. Box 635, Narok in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, known as West Pokot/Keringet ‘A’/3292, situate in the district of West Pokot, and whereas the Land Court at Kapenguria in succession cause No. 30 of 2019, has an order to transfer this parcel to John Kapuyaka Keditukei, and whereas the said has excecuted an application to be registered by transmission, whereas sufficient has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued therefore has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Geoffrey Samau shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
