NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above-mentioned part development plan was on 2nd July, 2020, completed. The part development plan relates to land occupied by Kenya Revenue Authority, situated within Namanga Town along Kenya— Tanzanian Border. Copies of the development plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection at the office of the County Executive Member for Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development and the office of the County Physical Planning Officer, Kajiado. Copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the office of the County Executive Member for Lands, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development and the office of the County Physical Planning Officer, Kajiado, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 11, Kajiado, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication and any such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 9th August, 2021. H.
