NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th May, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1027, in Volume DI, Folio 214/3946, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Elizabeth Wairimu Kiarie (mother), of P.O. Box 56329–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Jesse Baraka (minor), formerly known as Jesse Baraka Komo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jesse Baraka Komo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jesse Baraka, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jesse Baraka only.
