NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st April, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 3113, in Volume DI, Folio 154/3101, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Jackline Annah Adam, of P.O. Box 51143– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jackline Nyaguthii Karani, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jackline Nyaguthii Karani, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jackline Annah Adam, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jackline Annah Adam only.
