NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th May, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 883, in Volume D1, Folio 190/3617, File No. MMXXI, by our client Chepkorir Koskei, of P.O. Box 170–20108, Rongai in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mercy Chepkorir Koskei, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mercy Chepkorir Koskei, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Chepkorir Koskei, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Chepkorir Koskei only.
