PURSUANT to the provisions of section 37 of the Elections Act, 2011, following the resignation of Members of County Assemblies of Laikipia and Kiambu and the death of Member of the County Assembly of Samburu, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 88 (4), 90 and 177 (1) (b) of the Constitution of Kenya, section 4 of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Act, 2011, section 37 of the Elections Act, 2011, and Regulation 56B of the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012 amends
