REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sarah Chelel Boit, as the administrator of the estate of Samuel Kiplelboit (deceased), of P.O. Box 243–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, known as portion No. 2096, Kilifi, registered as C.R. 14325/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
