THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Ngurungu Njogu (deceased), of P.O. Box 53,
Runyenjes in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that
piece of land containing 4.00 acres or thereabout, known as
Kagaari/Kigaa/1948, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the
Judge in High Court of Kenya at Embu in succession cause no. 39 of
2020, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name
of Patrick mugendi Ngurungu, and whereas all efforts made to recover
the land title deed issued in respect of the said pieces of land by the
land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has
been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the
production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of
the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Patrick
Mugendi Ngurungu (ID/23863743), and upon such registration the
land title deed issued to the said Ngurungu Njogu (deceased), shall be
deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
