AHERO KISII AND KISII –ISEBANIA (A1) ROAD PROJECTS INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of section 112 of the Land Act No. 6 of 2012 and further to Gazette Notice Nos. 10624 of 2017, 12725, 12724 of 2018 and 10263 of 2020, the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) gives notice of inquiry for hearing of claims to compensation for interested parties in the land required for the Construction of the Ahero Kisii and Kisii –Isebania (A1) Road Project in Kisumu, Homa Bay, Kisii and Migori Counties and shall be held on the dates and places as shown here below: 2:58 PM THE KENYA GAZETTE 27th August, 2021 4230 4230 SCHEDULE Parcel No. Registered Owner(s) Area Acquired (Ha.)
