TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2019 By (1) John Wanjau Kigotho, (2) Erick Kagema Kigotho and (3) Rodah Wanjiru Kigotho, all of P.O. Box 15198–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Kigotho Kamau alias Eliud Kigotho, who died at War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 13th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2021 By (1) Anne Wamuyu kamau and (2) Peter Kanake Kamau, both of P.O. Box 1730–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kamau ngugi alias Samuel Kamau alias Samwel Kamau B. Ngugi, late of Nakuru, who died at The Balozi Hospital in Kenya, on 10th April, 2021 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
