TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 119 OF 2020 By Johnson Dedan Murimi, of P.O. Box 54052–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mithamo Ngungi, late of Mukure, who died there on 6th June, 1994. CAUSE NO. E245 OF 2021 By Kibutu Kithaku, of P.O. Box 75, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithaku Kibuthu Mariiri alias Kithaku Mathai, late of Kianjege, who died there on 25th November, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
