Box 2806–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rahab Wanjiku Mwendwa, who died at Gaborone, Botswana, on 24th April, 2013. CAUSE NO. E250 OF 2021 By (1) Sherabanu Eliyas Yakub Rumy, of P.O. Box 80605–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Yakub Ahmad Roomi, who died at Mombasa, on 15th May, 1989. CAUSE NO. E287 OF 2021 By (1) Jane Nungari Boro and (2) Kenneth Mburu Boro, both of P.O. Box 99110–80107, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Boro Warin’gu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E294 OF 2021 By (1) Patrick Simeon Mwatsuma, (2) Mwazama Mwaringa Nzinga and (3) Mwasindo Lwambi Saha, the deceased’s son, brother and grandfather, respectively, for a grant of probate with written will to the estate of Elijah Charo Nzinga, who died at Port Retz District Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July 2021.
