CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2021 By (1) Domnic Okoth Owuor, (2) Robert Ouko Owuor, (3) Susan Atieno Otieno and (4) Agnes Akinyi Owuor, all of P.O. Box 85– 40232, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owuor Migari alias Alex Owuor Migari, who died at Masogo Sub-location. CAUSE NO. E442 OF 2021 By Hezborn Onyango Okal, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Meshack Okal Opiyo alias Mishack Okal Opiyo who died at Kamrongo, Chiga, on 8th August, 2000. CAUSE NO. 530 OF 2021 By (1) Consolata Awiti Obunga and (2) Elias Ochieng, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elias Obunga Okumu alias Obunga Okumu, who died on 28th April, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
