Box 1109, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Kahaki Muchina, late of Kaberia, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 18th May, 2020. Box 37–01028, Gatukuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Waruiru Ndungu, who died at Makwa, on 2nd January, 2021. CAUSE NO. E327 OF 2021 By (1) Edith Wangechi Kairu and (2) Francis Njuguna Waiganjo, through Messrs. Kimani Kahete & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Waiganjo Njuguna, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 29th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
