CAUSE NO. 306 OF 2021 By Ngui Gichuki, of P.O. Box 150, Mweiga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gichuki Ruheni who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd June, 2011. CAUSE NO. 330 OF 2021 By Francis Muriithi Munuhe, of P.O. Box 83 Endarasha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Murage Mutitu, who died at Kirichu, on 6th January, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
