TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 315 OF 2021 By Mary Wakarima Kiruthu, of P.O. Box 366, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kiruthu Gitahi, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 30th July 2015. CAUSE NO. 331 OF 2021 By (1) Jane Josphine Kagure Kinyua and (2) Francis Munene Kinyua, both of P.O. Box 61013–010100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edith Muthoni Karugumi, who died at Karuna-ini Sub-location, on 6th January 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
