Box 3218, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waithira Njoroge, who died at Moi-Ndabi, Sub-location, on 15th May, 2015. CAUSE NO. E262 OF 2021 By (1) Amos Njoroge Kariuki and (2) Dauglas Githinji Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 259, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariuki Gatuana, who died at Kinamba North, Karati, on 1st March, 1995. CAUSE NO. E263 OF 2021 By James Njoroge Ngaruiya, of P.O. Box 345, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Nganga Ngaruiya alias Nelson Ng’ang’a Ngaruiya, who died at Ebburu, on 26th September, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
