TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2020. By (1) Martin Nzioka Muia, (2) Simon Muia Nzioka and (3) Judy Lucky Nzioka, all of P. O. Box 86, Sultan Hamud in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annastasia Siku Makenga, who died on 1st December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2021. By (1) Peninah Waceke Ndung’u and (2) Eric Michael Mugwey Ndung’u, both of P. O. Box 690–90100, Machakos in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rose Wanjiru Ndungu, who died on 10th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
