TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E295 OF 2021 By Jadelick Mulalai Kavaya, of P.O. Box 1172–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Goffrey Kavaya Mulalai alias Geoffrey Kavaya Mulalai, who died at Kitui, on 17th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. E296 OF 2021 By (1) Mwanzi Mutinda and (2) Mutua Mwinzila, both of P.O. Box 1172–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutinda Katumo, who died at Kitui, on 10th July, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
