TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2021 By Saulo Ndenyi Joshua, of P.O. Box 42–30215, Kesogon in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Fuli Lugalia, who died at Karaus, on 12th November, 2013. CAUSE NO. 68 OF 2021 By (1) Esther Mokeira Simba and (2) Edwin Simba Angwenyi, both of P.O. Box 44016–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Simba Angwenyi, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 12th May, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
