TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2020 By (1) Jared Oduor Migunde, (2) George Owino and (3) Ronald Otieno Otieno, all of P.O. Box 231, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Opata alias Charles Opata Menya, who died at Uranga, Gem, on 11th November, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
