TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 141 OF 2020 By Joseph Odhiambo Makobe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremia Makobe, who died at East Kamagambo Location, on 8th August, 1998. CAUSE NO. 146 OF 2021 By (1) Alias Ochola Atito, (2) John Collins Nyamamba and (3) Kodira Apiyo Nashon, both of P.O. Box 51, Karungu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sylvestewr AKumu Njuma alias Akumu Njuma , who died at Misiwi, on 11th August, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
