CAUSE NO. E223 OF 2021 By (1) Grace Atieno Odera and (2) Roseline Awuor Omondi, both of P.O. Box 48, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dismas Okoko Omwa, late of South Kagan, who died there on 6th November, 1991. CAUSE NO. E225 OF 2021 By Nicholas Mimba Goga, of P.O. Box 28-40300, Asumbi in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abuga Awuor, late of Gem Central location, who died at Kajulu, on 23rd July, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
