CAUSE NO. 74 OF 2021 By Marcella Kemuma Nyangera, of P.O. Box 2797, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timotheo Nyangera Ombati, who died at Bogiakumu, on 13th April, 2011. CAUSE NO. 352 OF 2021 By (1) Batiseba Kemunto Nyamao and (2) Mary Kwamboka Nyamao, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamao Onsombi, who died on 5th November, 2010. CAUSE NO. 490 OF 2021 By Raymond Nyaboga Magori, of P.O. Box 569–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magori Omwange, who died at Bogetenga Sub-location, on 18th September, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
