TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2021 By (1) Stanley Mwasicho Mwashao and (2) Livingstone Kizowe Mwashao, both of P.O. Box 1, Golini in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Mwashao Mwasicho, who died on 12th May, 2015. CAUSE NO. 24 OF 2021 By (1) Maria Kaula and (2) Miriam Kaula, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kaula Kasinga, who died at Makobe, on 26th April, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
