TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E368 OF 2021 By (1) Anthony Musila and (2) Benson Nzioka Makau, both of P.O. Box 68278–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Musila, who died at Kambiti Sub-location, on 13th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E461 OF 2021 By (1) Sarah Wambui Munyori and (2) John Gathaiya Munyori, both of P.O. Box 34, Gacharage-ini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Munyori Githu, who died at Kimkan Hospital in Kenya, on 30th January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
