TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2021 By (1) Peter Kuria Njihia and (2) Josephine Njoki Njihia, both of P.O. Box 61, Uplands in Kenya, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannah Njeri Njihia, who died at Limuru Nursing Home in Kenya, on 19th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2021 By Samuel Kiarie Mugwira, of P.O. Box 179, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Mugwira Gakuru, late of Kambaa, who died on 11th October, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
