TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 179 OF 2021 By Grace Wanjiku Kimunya, of P.O. Box 2629-10140, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugoiyo Kigundu alias Mugoiyo s/o Kigundu, who died at Kieni, Gachuku, Nyeri, on 12th April, 1992. CAUSE NO. 206 OF 2021 By Lucy Muthoni Kimondo, of P.O. Box 141-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Kimondo Kabugi alias Zakayo Kimondo Kabuge, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 27th December, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
