TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2021 By Willy Thuku Kabiru, of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Githumbi Nyingi alias Jason Githumbi, who died at Githiga in 1996. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2021 By Joseph Waiguru Waithaka, of P.O. Box 8325–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyambura Waithaka, who died at Munyu, on 26th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
