TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 20 OF 2021 By (1) Peter Kimani Ndonye and (2) Samuel Thuri Ndonye, both of P.O. Box 378–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Muthoni Ndonye, who died at Ikinu, on 29th May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
