Box 1, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Karume Kariuki, who died at Kasarani, on 5th June, 2003. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2021 By (1) Hannah Wambui Wanjiku, (2) Cecilia Wanja Murugu and (3) John Kihara Njuru, all of P.O. Box 1, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, daughter-in-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mateo Njuru Murugu, who died at Kiriko, on 17th November, 2015. CAUSE NO. 143 OF 2021 By (1) Grace Njeri Ndung’u and (2) Alice Wanja Ndegwa, both of P.O. Box 55, Wanjohi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Gathoni Ndegwa alias Gathoni Ndegwa Kamau, who died at Nyahururu Hospital in Kenya, on 18th March, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
