TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2021 By Joyce Engesia Asava, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Aluvaga Chanzu, who died at Ivola Sub-location, on 19th May 2012. CAUSE NO. 76 OF 2021 By Isaac Mandu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Muhavi Dori alias Muhavi Doli, who died at Vihiga County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 29th April, 2015. CAUSE NO. 77 OF 2021 By Peter Atsiaya Asumu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Recho Adema Asumu alias Recheal Asumu, who died at Kigama Sub-location, on 28th November, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
