TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2021 By Winfrida Nasambu Waswa, of P.O. Box 85–50205, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Waswa Mulama, who died at Kituni Sub-location, on 5th April, 2008. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2021 By Julius Khisa Maelo, of P.O. Box 74–50205, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mahelo Mutong’wa, who died at Kituni Sub-location, on 27th March, 1969. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
