TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 424 OF 2021 By John Ongondo Okire, of P.O. Box 207, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muma Muregwa alias Muma Miregwa, late of Kawino Sub-location, who died there on 17th August, 1980. CAUSE NO. 425 OF 2021 By Agnes Achieng Oronge, of P.O. Box 194, Oyugis in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabianus Oronge Sije alias Oronge Sije, late of Kachieng Sub-location, who died there on 10th May, 2003. CAUSE NO. 426 OF 2021 By Raphael Otieno Ayugi, of P.O. Box 1, Kosele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adoyo Swa, late of Kamuma Sub-location, who died there on 3rd February, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
