E125 OF 2021 By George Otieno Obila, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Magu Ogola, who died on 30th June, 1987. CAUSE NO. E366 OF 2021 By (1) Thomas Oyoo Obura and (2) Pius Ouma Obura, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Obura alias Pitalis Obura Jakoyo, who died on 10th August, 1994. CAUSE NO. 386 OF 2021 By Domnick Ochieng Ochieng, of P.O. Box 66, Chemelil in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serfina Kungu Olele, who died on 2nd October, 2000. CAUSE NO. 387 OF 2021 By Eunice Achieng Odhiego, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Otieno Ongoro alias Gwat Onyango, who died on 26th July, 1994. CAUSE NO. 388 OF 2021 By (1) Nicholas Ofula Ochieng, (2) Paul Ofula Ochieng and (3) Francis Odera Ofula, the deceased’s sons and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Ochieng Ofula alias John Ochieng Ofula, who died on 13th April, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
