TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2020 By Mbogo Juba Shikeli, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juba Changuba Benyiro, who died on 20th August, 2000. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2021 By (1) Alfred Mwamboje Mzungu and (2) John Kadzenga Mzungu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Muzungu Mwagambo, who died on 14th April, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
