CAUSE NO. 191 OF 2021 By (1) Sidi Ponda Ndula, (2) Kadzo Ponda Ndula and (3) Jumwa Ngonyo Hinzano, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndula Ngala Nzale, who died at Chumani, Matzanjeni, on 7th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. 195 OF 2021 By Edward Charo Karisa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Ngoa Ziro, who died at Kilifi County Hospital in Kenya, on 6th October, 2007.
