TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 3:43 PM THE KENYA GAZETTE 27th August, 2021 4300 4300 CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2020 By M’Ndegwa M’Twathuku, of P.O. Box 1948, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Twanguku Kiroge alias Twanthuku s/o Kiroge, who died at Katheri East, on 24th June, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
