TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 222 OF 2021 By Stephen Kuria Kamaunge, of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabiro Kinyanjui, who died at Gacharage, on 13th February, 2017. CAUSE NO. 304 OF 2021 By Grace Wayua Mutuku, of P.O. Box 52, Ithanga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaa Kivolo alias Nyaa Ivolo, who died at Ngelelya, on 6th October, 1971. CAUSE NO. 305 OF 2021 By (1) Peris Nyambura Gathogo and (2) Francis Kamande Ndung’u, both of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gathogo Kamau, who died at Muruka Sub-location, on 1st March, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
