TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 163 OF 2021 By (1) Peter Njoroge Ndung’u and (2) Jane Waithira Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 121, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ndung’u Nguuri, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 11th January, 2018. CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2021 By Antony Njoka Njiru, of P.O. Box 81, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Mugo, who died at Siakago Sub-location, on 13th October, 1994. CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2021 By (1) David Mwaniki Ngari and (2) Peterson Njage Ngari, both of P.O. Box 1818, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngari Njagi, who died at Riandu, on 26th June, 1999. CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2021 By Charley Njoroge Muriuki, of P.O. Box 226, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gachoni Njaruba alias Gachoni Njarua, who died at Gichiche Sub-location, on 1st April, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
