Box 194–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sila Nthei, who died at Kikambuani, on 27th February, 1999. CAUSE NO. 223 OF 2021 By Fredrick Mutua Maitha, of P.O. Box 231–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maitha Maundu, who died at Kalandini, Matungulu, on 18th March, 2016. CAUSE NO. E227 OF 2021 By (1) Agnes Nduku Nzioki and (2) Stellamaris Mumbi Ngorio, both of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Leso Ngoma, who died at Sengani, on 5th February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
