TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 6 OF 2020 By (1) Christand Musyoki Kavuthu and (2) Monicah Nduku Kavuthu, both of P.O. Box 73–90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s dependants, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Kavuthu Kivaya, who died at Kaluluini, on 9th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. 106 OF 2021 By (1) Angellina Nthambi Muteti and (2) Paul Mulwa Muteti, both of P.O. Box 7–90119, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Muteti Kimanga, late of Matuu, Yatta, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 27th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. 176 OF 2021 By (1) Nzisa Munyao, (2) Simon Wambua Munyao and (3) John Maingi Munyao, all of P.O. Box 1–90124, Kithimani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyao Mbuo Mutiso, who died at Kwa Ndolo, on 22nd February, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
