TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2021 By Chivui Marango Lukhuywe, of P.O. Box 28, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marango Lukhuywe, who died at Malanga Sub-location, on 27th May, 2000. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2021 By Tela Chetambe James, of P.O. Box 29, Mahanga in Kenya, the deceased’ son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chetambe Nambawani Ifile alias Chitambi Ifire, who died at Mahanga Sub-location, on 23rd December, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
