TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2021 By (1) Tersa Sarifu Wanjala and (2) Andrew Kilongi Wanjala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Wanjala Makhanu, who died at Kiminini, on 9th February, 2015. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2021 By Emily Mukhwana Wanjekeche, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barasa Burudi Jonathan alias Barasa J. Burudi, who died at Ndalu, on 14th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
