TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E319 OF 2021 By Michael Omondi Omusi, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abidha Oracha, who died at Mahaya Sub-location, on 4th June, 1992. CAUSE NO. E366 OF 2021 By John Meshack Ndagwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erenest Patrick Nyunja Odundo alias Erenest Nyunja Odundo, who died at Usigu Sub-location, on 10th January, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
