TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E312 OF 2021 By Mary Adhiambo Ndira, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Ndira Wango, who died at Bondo, on 14th October, 2016. CAUSE NO. E390 OF 2021 By Richard Aketch Ng’ong’a, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiliopa Ngonga Akech, who died at Kapiyo, on 2nd April, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
