TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2021 By (1) Lawrence Muguku Kiboi and (2) Charles Maina Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 82, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiboi Kiara, who died at Rukira, Mahiga, on 3rd February, 1980. CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2021 By Joseph Mathu Wahome, of P.O. Box 85, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathu s/o Mugwe alias Mathu Muchwe, who died at Itemeini, Nyeri in 1958. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
