TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2021 By (1) Rose Mueni Kithuku and (2) Benjamin Kiilu Muasya, both of P.O. Box 1143–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kyalo Muasya, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 31st July, 2019. CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2021 By James Kioko Nzivu, of P.O. Box 560–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzivu Muthama, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 1992. CAUSE NO. E230 OF 2021 By (1) Georgina Mwelu Musyoki and (2) Chris Mutunga Musau, both of P.O. Box 1234, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Musau Musyoki, who died at Universal Family Health Services, on 25th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
